Between Endings [feature | fiction]

After forming an unexpected bond with an elderly woman abandoned during cancer treatment, a queer Black man who makes a living ending relationships on behalf of others is forced to confront his own emotional detachment. When he finally travels to Germany in pursuit of his dream of becoming an opera singer, he discovers that distance cannot resolve loneliness, and that his voice may be the only place where something new can still begin.
